The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would be satisfied in case he is granted liberty to file a representation before the respondent no. 7 and the respondent no. 7 may be directed to dispose off the representation of the petitioner within a specified time frame.

Accordingly, it is directed that the petitioner shall file a representation before the respondent no. 7 regarding his grievances raised in the writ petition within a period of four
