20-03-2015 The sole petitioner, apprehending his arrest in Masaurhi P.S. Case No. 204 of 2013 registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 307, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code, has prayed for grant of anticipatory bail.

Dr. Indiwar Kumari, learned Addl. Public Prosecutor, referring to F.I.R., submits that there is specific accusation against the petitioner.

I do not find any ground for extending the privilege of anticipatory bail.

The petition stands dismissed.
