JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 12-05-2016 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 467, 468, 471, 420 of the Indian Penal Code.

The prosecution case is that the petitioner got the job of A.N.M. and got posted at Health Sub Centre, Parshurampur on the basis of forged registration certificate of A.N.M and marks sheet of matriculation.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that certificates of the petitioner were genuine. However, the petitioner has been removed from the job and proceeding for recovery of paid salary has been initiated.

No.20467 of 2016 (2) dt.12-05-2016 2/2 Considering the petitioner is a lady and she is no longer in job, let the above named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of twelve weeks from today on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Saran at Chapra in connection with Amnour P.S. Case No. 11 of 2015 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
