Looking at the nature of allegation, anticipatory bail application is allowed.

Let the petitioner, above-named, in the event of her arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 15,000/- (fifteen thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, West Champaran at Bettiah, in connection with Shikarpur P. S. Case No. 421 of 2013, which shall be abide by the terms and conditions mentioned in sub-section (2) of section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
