2. The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 323, 498A, 504 of the IPC in connection with Complaint Case No.6235(C) of 2023

3. The petitioner and the informant in compliance of the order dated 20.08.2024 are present in the Court.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner at the outset draws the attention of the Court to the order dated 20.08.2024 wherein it has been recorded that petitioner is willing to keep the O.P. No.2 with honour and dignity and will also withdraw

5. Today when the matter was taken up, the petitioner who is present in the Court showed his willingness to keep the O.P. No.2 with honour and dignity, but then the O.P. No.2 took a categoric stand that she does not intend to continue with her conjugal relationship.

6. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks, is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail-bonds in the sum of Rs.5000/- (Rupees Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, First Class-23, Patna in connection with Complaint Case No.6235(C) of 2023, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.

7. The application stands allowed.
