Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.15085 of 2015 (2) dt.28-08-2015 of 2014 arising out of Bagaha Police Station Case No. 499 of 2014.
It has been submitted that on false grounds, the Opposite Parties have been granted anticipatory bail and, hence, it should be cancelled.
On going through the impugned order, I find that the Sessions Judge, West Champaran, Camp Court Bagaha, has considered the case on merits and found fit the Opposite Party to be released on bail and, hence, I see no reason for interference in the matter.
The application stands rejected.
