In view of the statement made by the petitioner in Paragraph No.4 of the writ petition, the petitioner claims himself to be EBC (Schedule-1) category and from perusal of the advertisement dated 07.02.2024 published by the Bihar Public Service Commission, it appears that the applications were invited from the eligible candidates belonging to SC & ST category candidates.

3. In that view, I find that the writ petition is misconceived. The same is accordingly dismissed. (Purnendu Singh, J) chn/- U
