The petitioners seek bail in connection with Adhramath P.S. Case No.89 of 2015 registered under Sections 399, 400, 402 and 414 of the Indian Penal Code besides Sections 25(1-b)A, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

On receiving secret information about gathering of the miscreants for making preparation of committing dacoity, police reached at the place of occurrence. While on seeing the police party, two succeeded in fleeing away whereas five persons including the petitioners were apprehended by the police but

No.19494 of 2016 (2) dt.05-05-2016 2/2 nothing was recovered from the possession of the petitioners while from the possession of apprehended co-accused Mukesh Yadav one country made pistol was recovered. The petitioners having no criminal antecedents are in jail custody since 28.11.2015. Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioners, above named, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the A.C.J.M., Jhanjharpur, Madhubani, in connection with Andhramath P.S. Case No.89 of 2015.
