The petitioners were allowed anticipatory bail by order dated 25.03.2021 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 26666 of 2020 in connection with Bheja P.S. Case No. 132 of 2019. However, the petitioners could not furnish bail bonds within time. Prayer is for further extension of time.

Further four weeks' time is allowed to the petitioners to furnish bail bonds with condition that each petitioner shall deposit Rs.5,000/- (Five Thousand) in the Victim Compensation

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.53061 of 2021(2) dt.15-09-2021 2/2 Fund and shall produce receipt of the same at the time of furnishing bail bonds.
