The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 324, 307, 504, 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that the petitioners assaulted with sword to the informant and his brother.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that both the injuries have been found on marginal size, simple in nature. It is submitted that for the occurrence of 19.08.2014 First Information Report was registered on 23.08.2014. Statement has been made in para-3 of the petition that petitioners have no criminal antecedents. It is submitted

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.16242 of 2015 (2) dt.17-04-2015 that petitioners' side have also received injury. Considering the delayed lodging of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Jamui in connection with Barhat P.S. Case No. 51 of 2014, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Indian Penal Code.
