The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Chapra Muffasil P.S. Case No. 79 of 2014 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 323, 341, 506 and 353/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have been implicated in the case on account of college politics only.

Considering the peculiar nature of allegation made against the petitioner and there is no cogent material to implicate the petitioner in the present case, let the petitioners

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.38557 of 2014 (11) dt.14-09-2015 above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Chapra in connection with Chapra Muffasil P.S. Case No. 79 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr. P.C.
