Firth paragraph of the order dated 25.05.2016 it has been wrongly recorded that co-accused Satyadeo Singh has been granted anticipatory bail by this Court vide Criminal Miscellaneous Case No. 23027 of 2016, whereas his anticipatory bail application was disposed of with liberty to the learned court below to consider the prayer for regular bail.

Though, Criminal Miscellaneous Case No. 23027 of 2016 (Satyadeo Singh @ Pagla Vs. The State of Bihar) was disposed of by this Court but, this Court's attention was not drawn to the order dated 03.05.2016 passed

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.23257 of 2016 (3) dt.26-07-2016 in Cr. Misc. No. 15666 of 2016 and order dated 28.04.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 14516 of 2016, whereby co-accused Raju Singh @ Raju Kumar and Suresh Singh were granted anticipatory bail by two Co-ordinate Benches of this Court. Hence, the fifth paragraph of order dated 25.05.2016 is modified to the extent that anticipatory bail application of co-accused Satyadeo Singh @ Pagla was disposed of vide order dated 23.05.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 23027 of 2016.
