Though this application has been listed under the heading "For office notes", with the consent of the parties, it has been disposed of on merits.

The petitioner is seeking following directions:- "That this application is being filed for issuance of appropriate writ/writs, direction/directions to the Respondents to get mutual exchange of the land from the petitioner which is ancestral land of the petitioner and situated in the Centre of surrounding acquire land ( i.e. called Suara Hawai Adda) and further be directed to stop

The nature of relief which the petitioner is sought, cannot be entertained in a proceeding under Article 226 of the Constitution of India.

Learned counsel for the petitioner shall, however, be at liberty to persuade the competent authority in this regard, in accordance with law.

With the said observation, this application stands disposed of.
