The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Dumra P.S. Case No.407 of 2014 for allegedly having committed the offence under Sections 302, 341, 323, 307, 379 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is no specific allegation against the petitioner. The main role has been assigned to one Ramesh Prasad Sah. It is further submitted that the name of the petitioner has been falsely included on account of the fact that he is son of Parvati Devi, who has since been extended the privilege of anticipatory bail vide Cr.Misc. No.10680 of 2015.
