BAJANTHRI ORAL JUDGMENT Date : 25-01-2022 This matter is heard via video conferencing due to circumstances prevailing on account of the COVID-19 Pandemic. In the instant petition, petitioners have prayed for the following relief(s):- "(i) For direction upon the respondent authorities to consider the representation of the petitioners dated 03.07.2020 and 08.09.2020 and take an appropriate decision with regard to grant
Patna High Court CWJC No.1883 of 2021 dt.25-01-2022 2/2 of financial upgradation (ACP/MACP) as well as regular promotion on the higher post after computing the period of service rendered by the petitioners on the post of Agriculture Coordinator since 01.10.2013 to 10.01.2018 on contract and, thereafter, continuous service as regular employees with all consequential monetary benefits.
(ii) For any other relief/reliefs to which the petitioners is found entitled to, in the facts and circumstances of this case."
In support of the aforesaid relief petitioners submitted representation dated 03.07.2020, 18.08.2020 and 08.09.2020 vide Annexure- 3 and 4 series. The concerned respondent has not taken any decision on the petitioners' representation. Therefore, the concerned respondent is hereby directed to decide the petitioners' representation vide Annexure-3 & 4 series and proceed to pass speaking order and communicate the same to the petitioners within a period of three months from the date of receipt of this order.
With the aforesaid observations, the present writ petition stands disposed off.
