2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 385 and 387 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per prosecution case, informant alleged that he received a phone call from Mobile No. 8296875934 and the caller demanded extortion money and also threatened of dire consequences if the payment is not made. During investigation it has come that this petitioner is owner of the mobile number from which the extortion call was made.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, gravity of offence and fact that petitioner is owner of the
