JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR JHA ORAL ORDER 24-02-2020 Heard both sides as well as Mr. Rajeeva Roy, the learned counsel, who has been appointed as Mediator. Mr. Rajeeva Roy, the learned counsel submits that the husband and the wife have already agreed to restore their conjugal relation but wife is not ready to live with her husband so long as the husband is posted at Patna. The husband is striving for his transfer from Patna to anywhere else. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of opposite party no.1 submits that in view of the compromise, the husband would withdraw the matrimonial suit pending in the court of the learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Patna.

The husband and the wife shall file joint petition in the matrimonial suit on the basis of their compromise arrived at between them.
