2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 313, 498A, 379, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. Prosecution case, in brief, is that informant was married with co-accused Mukesh Ram four years ago and after two years of marriage, co-accused Mukesh Ram started abusing the informant started living with this petitioner and developed illicit relationship with her. When the informant opposed, then this petitioner along with other accused persons assaulted her and caused miscarriage.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is aunt of husband of the informant and she has falsely been implicated with ulterior motive to create pressure
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.41981 of 2024(2) dt.16-07-2024 2/2 and harass her due to family dispute. As a matter of fact, there is dispute between co-accused Mukesh Ram and the informant and out of anger the family members have unnecessarily been dragged in this case.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this anticipatory bail is allowed and it is ordered that let the above named petitioner in the event of her arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Bagaha, West Champaran in connection with Bagaha (Mahila) P. S. Case No. 62 of 2023, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
