The present petition has been filed with a prayer to modify the order dated 25.6.2013 by which the writ petition stood dismissed. In this case earlier there was peremptory order dated 24.8.2004 , which was not complied and as such , the writ petition

Patna High Court MJC No.3518 of 2016 (3) dt.06-02-2017 2/2 earlier stood rejected against respondent no. 6, 9, 10 and 13. Again the case was taken up on 6.1.2012 and 16.12.2012, however none had appeared. Though the order was passed on 25.6.2013 the present petition was filed on 28.9.2016 without any plausible explanation. I do not find any ground to entertain the petition. The petition stands dismissed.
