The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in a case registered under sections 341, 354B, 212 of the Indian Penal Code and sections 8 and 12 of the POCSO Act.
As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is stated to have outraged the modesty of the minor informant. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the case as a result of trivial dispute between the two neighbours. The petitioner is in custody since 22.7.2021 and has no criminal antecedent. Chargesheet has been submitted in the case. Heard learned APP for the State.
Having heard learned counsel for the parties and

Case no. 38 of 2018 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge VII - cum - Special Judge (POCSO Act), Madhubani.
