The petitioner, Sanjay Kumar who apprehends his arrest in connection with Kako P.S. Case No.68 of 2014 under Section 376/511 I.P.C.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that there is dispute between the brother and Bhabhi and, therefore, the Bhabhi has falsely lodged the F.I.R. making false allegation against the petitioner.

Perused the F.I.R.

There is direct allegation against the petitioner and this allegation is made by Bhabhi and non else. In view of the above facts and circumstances of the
