The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered under sections 195A, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and it is only because of the fact that the petitioner was pressurizing for compromise, the present case has been lodged.

Considering the peculiar nature of the case and that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent, let the above named petitioner in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of three weeks from the date of
