JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 06-08-2021 Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the State-respondents. The petitioner, by way of filing the present writ application, has raised a grievance that the Mukhiya of Sulemanpur Gram Panchayat is constructing the Panchayat Sarkar Bhawan in another village and not in the headquarter of Sulemanpur Gram Panchayat.

Learned Counsel for the State submits that from perusal of the representation (Annexure-3) filed by the

Patna High Court CWJC No.960 of 2021(3) dt.06-08-2021 2/2 petitioner before the District Magistrate, Jehanabad, it appears that the decision with regard to construction of the Panchayat Sarkar Bhawan has not been taken either by the Gram Sabha or by any other competent authority. He further submits that the District Magistrate, Jehanabad, may be directed to dispose of the representation (Annexure-3) filed by the petitioner in accordance with law.

In view of the submission made by the parties, the respondent no. 3, the District Magistrate, Jehanabad is directed to dispose of the said representation (Annexure-3) in accordance with law within a period of two months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

With the aforesaid observations and directions, this writ application is disposed of.
