Prayer for bail of this petitioner was earlier rejected by this court vide order dated 05.08.2021 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 8072/ 2021.

It is submitted that charge has already been framed in this case on 26.04.2022 and petitioner is in custody since 05.07.2020.

Learned counsel appearing for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

Considering the facts of the case and the period of custody of the petitioner, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Sessions Judge-X, East Champaran, Motihari in connection with Madhuban PS case No. 199/ 2020.
