JUSTICE GOPAL PRASAD ORAL ORDER 15-06-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. This is a petition for grant of anticipatory bail for the offence under Section 386/34 of the I.P.C. and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
There is specific allegation of demand of rangdari against the petitioner along with others.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that similarly situated co-accused Ranjit Kumar Singh have already been granted bail by the court below itself.
Having regard to the facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within four weeks from today, be released
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.19533 of 2016 (2) dt.15-06-2016 2/2 on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the C.J.M., Bhojpur at Ara, in Ara (Muffasil) P.S.Case No.93/16 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of Cr.P.C. with condition that he shall not indulge in such act and upon recurrence of such act his bail bond shall be liable to be cancelled.
