JUSTICE SANDEEP KUMAR ORAL ORDER 18-03-2026 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the State. Pursuant to the order dated 11.03.2026, the SHO of Begusarai Muffasil Police Station Begusarai has appeared and assisted the Court.

2. This is the 2nd attempt of the petitioner seeking bail in connection with Muffasil (Lakho OP) P.S. Case No. 681 of 2023 registered for the offence under Sections 302, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. Earlier the bail application of the petitioner was rejected on 31.07.2024 in Cr. Misc. No. 38199 of 2024.

4. The SHO has informed this Court that out of 7 witnesses, 4 witnesses have already been examined and the rest of the witnesses will be examined on the dates fixed.

5. In view of the above, this Court finds no ground to review its earlier order. Accordingly, this application for regular bail stands rejected.

6. The personal appearance of the officer is dispensed with.
