JUSTICE RAJAN GUPTA) 05-07-2022 The present Letters Patent Appeal is directed against the order passed by the learned single Judge on 27th July, 2018. The petitioner approached the Court for quashing the order dated 12th July, 2010 passed by the District and Sessions Judge, Darbhanga whereby the temporary appointment of the petitioner had been terminated on the ground that certificate submitted by the petitioner in respect of her age was not correct. The matter was examined by the learned single Judge. The learned single Judge found that there was sufficient material to show that the School Leaving Certificate produced by the petitioner at the

Patna High Court L.P.A No.1205 of 2018(3) dt.05-07-2022 2/2 time of her appointment was not genuine as the same had been obtained from the Block Development Officer. Petitioner also contested the Panchayat Elections in which a different date of birth was mentioned. In fact the Medical Board was also constituted which assessed the age of the petitioner which shows huge variance of the age of the petitioner, that is, about five years. The petitioner was also asked to produce Voter Identity Card and Ration Card but she failed to do so. In view of case of apparent forgery and misrepresentation, the learned single Judge was pleased to dismiss the writ petition.

We find no infirmity with the impugned order. The Letters Patent Appeal is thus hereby dismissed. (Rajan Gupta, J) ( Shailendra Singh, J) Anjani/- U
