2. Let the defect(s), if any, be removed within a period of four weeks from today.
3. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Kesariya P.S. Case No. 61 of 2022 registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 363, 366A read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 8 of the POCSO Act.
4. The allegation against the petitioner is that the petitioner along with other co-accused is said to have kidnapped the daughter of the informant. In the statement of the victim made under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C. she had said that she had fled away with Arvind Kumar Sahani @ Arvind Kumar and had solemnized marriage with him and her age has been assessed between 18 to 19 years.

5. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 27.04.2023.
6. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.
7. Considering the aforesaid facts and the period of custody, this application for regular bail is allowed.
8. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional District and Sessions Judge-VII-cumSpecial Judge, POCSO Act, Motihari, East Champaran in connection with Kesariya P.S.
