The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case under section 420 and other sections of the I.P.C.
The complainant made allegation against the petitioners that they assaulted her and took her thumb impressions on a plain paper.
It is submitted that petitioner no.4 Kumar Somnath is the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.7643 of 2015 (2) dt.26-02-2015 2 / 2 son-in-law of the complainant and petitioner nos. 1, 2 and 3 are father, uncle and aunt of petitioner no.4. The complainant has herself stated in paragraph no.3 of the complaint petition that Kumar Somnath is her sole son-in-law and the petitioners are pressurizing her daughter to sell the land.
Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of the allegation made against the petitioner, the petitioner, named above, in the event of their arrest/surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawada, in connection with Complaint Case No. 1034 of 2013, subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
