The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Forbesganj P.S. Case No. 126/2016, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 272, 273 of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant intercepted a Tata Magic from which foreign liquor were recovered. One Hira Lal Chourasia @ Matar Lal and Md. Abdul Razzak the driver of Tata Magic were apprehended, who have disclosed the name of the petitioners. It is submitted that the petitioners were not apprehended at the spot and nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioners.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioners above-

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.20858 of 2016 (2) dt.20-05-2016 2/2 named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria in connection with Forbesganj P.S. Case No. 126/2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C. (Prabhat Kumar Jha, J.) Vinita/- U T
