2. The petitioner has moved the Court for modification of the order dated 16.04.2018 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 12552 of 2015.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that by order dated 16.04.2018, liberty was given to the petitioner to file an appeal before the State Appellate Authority within four weeks. However, due to communication gap, the said could not be complied with and, thus, the present application has been filed seeking

Patna High Court MJC No.3279 of 2018 dt.26-09-2018 2/2 extension of time.

4. Learned counsel for the State does not oppose.

5. Having regard to the aforesaid, the order dated 16.04.2018 stands modified to the extent that the time of four weeks for filing appeal before the State Appellate Authority stands extended by another four weeks from today.

6. The application stands disposed off in the aforementioned terms.
