2. Petitioners apprehend arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 323, 418, 498A/34, 204
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.41738 of 2024(2) dt.16-07-2024 2/2 of the Indian Penal Code and sections 3 & 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.
3. It is a case of torture and harassment for dowry.
4. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are in-laws of the victim. Allegation of torture and harassment is general and omnibus and no overt act has been alleged against them. They are separate in mess and business. .
5. Considering the aforesaid facts of the case, prayer for bail of all the petitioners is allowed. In the event of arrest/surrender within six weeks from today, let these petitioners, mentioned above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur in Complaint Case No. 1075/2018, subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
