In the matter of appointment of Panchayat Teachers after taking note of various averments, the writ Court has

Patna High Court LPA No.987 of 2016 (4) dt.23-06-2017 2/2 remanded the matter back for reconsideration to the Tribunal and in doing so the writ Court has committed no error to warrant reconsideration. We find no error in the order warranting reconsideration.

The appeal is dismissed.
