Patna High Court L.P.A No.654 of 2019(5) dt.01-09-2021 2/2 24.04.2019, passed in C.W.J.C. No. 2248 of 2019, titled as Bijay Kumar Sharma Vs. The State of Bihar & Ors., by a learned Single Bench of this Court whereby the petitioner's claim stands rejected inter alia on the ground of delay and laches. We do not find any infirmity with the impugned order. However, after the matter was heard for some time, learned counsel for the appellant seeks permission to withdraw the present appeal, reserving liberty to approach Respondent No. 5, namely the District Manager, Bihar State Food and Civil Supplies Corporation Ltd., Kishanganj.
