The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in connection with Jokihat P.S. Case No. 146 of 2020, registered for the offence under Sections 341, 3232, 324, 307, 379, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal.

There is a case and counter case. Considering the allegation and injury, this application for anticipatory bail is allowed.

Let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest/surrender within four weeks from today in the court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.

Patna High Court CR. MISC.
