The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

264 liters of Kingfisher beer has been recovered from a Scorpio vehicle, which was parked on road near Amratalab. It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that petitioner is neither owner nor driver of the said vehicle and has got nothing to do with the alleged recovery. Petitioner has got clean antecedent.

Considering the nature of allegation and clean antecedent of petitioner, let the above named petitioner, in the

No.39571 of 2022(2) dt.23-09-2022 2/2 event of his arrest or surrender within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt / production of copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge 2nd cum Special Judge, Excise, Rohtas at Sasaram in connection with Excise Case No. 87 of 2021, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
