ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 13-08-2015 The parties agree that all conditions except Condition No. IV should be ignored in their interest. In the interest of the parties, the order dated 28.11.2014 passed in Cr. Appeal No. 70 of 2013 arising out of Tr. No. 03 of 2014 (D.V.A. Case No. 35 of 2011) is, hereby, set aside to the extent that on agreement the Petitioners are directed to give a sum of Rs. 50,000/- per month to the Opposite Party No. 2 at which the rest of the conditions shall be ignored.

It goes without saying that the Petitioners shall abide by the rest of the terms regularly with all sincerity. The application stands allowed with the aforesaid observations.
