The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Dehri (Dalmiyanagar) P.S. Case No. 90 of 2016 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 457 and 380 of the Indian Penal Code. The FIR is against unknown.
It is submitted that only allegation against the petitioner is that sniffer dog entered into the bedroom of the petitioner but the petitioner was found absconding. It appears from the case diary that stolen articles were recovered from possession of co-accused Sethi Rajwar and the witnesses have also stated that the petitioner and others were carrying articles from the place of occurrence. Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.21527 of 2016 (3) dt.28-06-2016 2/2 enlarge the petitioner above named on anticipatory bail in Dehri (Dalmiyanagar) P.S. Case No. 90 of 2016, pending in the court of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Rohtas at Sasaram. Accordingly, the same is rejected.
