1. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

2. This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Alamganj P.S. Case No.448 of 2023, registered for offences under Sections 380/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioners to surrender before the learned Court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna, in connection with Alamganj P.S. Case No. 448 of 2023, within a period of four weeks from today and file appropriate petition for grant of regular bail, however, seeks a direction upon the learned Trial

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.42591 of 2024(2) dt.19-07-2024 2/2 Court to hear and dispose off the regular bail petitions, to be filed by the petitioners, on the very same day. Liberty so sought is granted.

4. It is needless to state that in case the petitioners surrender within a period of four weeks from today, before the learned Trial Court and file petitions for grant of regular bail, the same shall be considered in accordance with law and disposed off on the very same day.

5. The petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
