Mangalam, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the writ petition may be disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to raise her grievance in the meeting of Zila Parishad and, if a grievance is raised, the same should be considered by the Zila Parishad.

Patna High Court CWJC No.4971 of 2017 dt.21-11-2017 In view of the submissions made above, the writ petition is disposed of with liberty aforesaid. It is needless to say that in case any grievance is raised by a member of the Parishad, the same shall be dealt with by the Zila Parishad in accordance with law.
