The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307, 379, 504, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Submission is that the petitioner is named in the FIR. The specific allegation against the accused Rajeev Kumar assaulted with Iron rod and the petitioner is assaulted the informant with Lathi on neck and back.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is man of clean antecedent and he has been falsely implicated due to previous enmity and family dispute. In the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case,

No.35515 of 2019(3) dt.07-08-2019 2/2 let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of the order, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Begusarai Town P.S. Case No. 627 of 2018 to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
