2. In the instant petition, petitioner has sought for following reliefs:

"(i) For issuance of a direction to the respondent authority for appointment of the petitioner on the post of clerk which has been qualified by the petitioner in the combined examination conducted in the year 2005.

(ii) For issuance of a direction to the respondent no. 2 to consider the representation filed by the petitioner on several dates.

(iii) For grant of any other relief or

3. Petitioner has not furnished final select list so as to direct the concerned respondent to consider the petitioner's claim for appointment to the post of Clerk. That apart, petitioner has not impleaded the last selected candidate under the respective category.

4. In the light of these facts and circumstances read with the decision of the Apex Court's rendered in the case of Ranjan Kuamr & Ors Vs. State of Bihar & Ors. reported in (2014) 16 SCC 187 (para 4 to 13), the present petition stands dismissed reserving liberty to the petitioner to file fresh petition in accordance with law.
