ABHISHEK REDDY ORAL ORDER 19-08-2023 Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the respondent-authorities have floated an exit policy, dated 10.08.2023, giving one time opportunity to the allottees of the land in BIADA and the petitioner would like to avail the same and seeks permission to withdraw the present writ petition.

2. Having regard to the above made submission and also the exit policy of the BIADA which the petitioner is willing

Patna High Court CWJC No.8746 of 2023(3) dt.19-08-2023 2/2 to avail, permission is granted accordingly.

3. The writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with a liberty to avail the opportunity of applying under the one time opportunity of exit policy, dated 10.08.2023, before the concerned authority.
