Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 423, 466, 468, 120B of the I.P.C.
It is alleged that petitioner got the land of the informant and his brother registered in his favour by impersonating Baleshar Mahto and Ram Pukar Mahto. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that sale deed was executed by the informant and his brother as the sale deed bears photograph of the vendor. Moreover for the sale deed being executed on 25.09.2013 the complaint was filed on 18.02.2014 which came to be registered as First Information Report on 04.06.2014.
Considering the nature of accusation, let the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.7749 of 2015 (2) dt.03-03-2015 2/2 petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Samastipur in connection with Samastipur Town P.S. Case No. 142 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
