2. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Hilsa P.S. Case No. 572 of 2023 registered for the offence under Sections 384, 356, 379, 34 of the Indian Penal Code lodged on 06.09.2023 by the informant Abhishek Kumar.
3. As per the prosecution story, the informant alleged that while moving on motorcycle, the petitioner stopped the vehicle and demanded money for drinking wine. Further, his motorcycle was taken and a demand of Rs. 10,000/- was made. This led to the FIR.
4. Though learned counsel for the petitioner tried to impress upon this Court that subsequently the parties have entered into a compromise, whereas learned APP opposed the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.37734 of 2026(2) dt.01-07-2026 2/2 prayer submitting that the matter is of the year 2023, the petitioner has criminal antecedent and twice he moved before the learned Sessions Judge.
5. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the said case he was not sent up for trial and final form has been submitted.
6. Considering the submissions of the parties, no relief can be extended to the petitioner. The anticipatory bail application stands rejected.
7. In case the petitioner surrenders and seeks bail in next four weeks and is able to present the informant of the case (as the submission is that subsequently, they have entered into a compromise), the court concerned shall look into the matter and shall pass necessary order preferably on the same day.
