It has been submitted on behalf of the Petitioners that due to inadvertence in the order dated 10.09.2007 passed in Cr. Misc. No.47334 of 2006, 'Title Suit No.114 of 2001' has been mentioned, whereas, it should have been Title Suit No.115 of 2001.

The order dated 10.09.2007 passed in Cr. Misc. No.47334 of 2006 is modified to the extent that in place of 'Title Suit No.114 of 2001', it should be read as "Title Suit No.115 of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.14469 of 2015 (2) dt.07-07-2015 2/2 2001".

Let this order be communicated to the Judicial Magistrate, 1st class, Nawada, in connection Complaint Case No.148 of 2000.
