1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1. That, this application is being filed for issuance of an appropriate writ/writs and order/orders in the nature of mandamus for directing and commanding the respondents to secure the function of Rajya Kisan Aayog by nominating persons a chairman three-full time members and three part time members in Rajya Kishan Aayog, Patna for its proper functioning, which has been constituted by the respondent
Patna High Court CWJC No.9849 of 2024(2) dt.29-07-2024 2/2 department by issuing circular contained in memo no.- P.P.M.-48/2006 part-II-372 of 25-7-2006 to submit recommendation to the state government considering the difficulty of farmers and its solution but the said commission is not functioning due to post of chairman and its full time and part time members are vacant."
2. Considering the nature of relief, sought for in the present writ petition, I deem it fit and proper to grant liberty to the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies, as are otherwise available under the law for redressal of its aforesaid grievances.
3. Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed off.
