Counsel for the petitioner submitted that the husband and wife are in some kind of understanding and there is every possibility that they may finally compromise their dispute. In view of the submission made by the counsel for the petitioner, this application is being disposed of with liberty to the party to file joint petition if the parties have entered into any kind of compromise.
