The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 323, 384, 385, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.
It is alleged that the petitioners and other FIR named accused persons came and objected the informant from making construction on the land when the informant made protest then accused persons assaulted the labourers and demanded extortion of Rs. Two lakhs from the informant.

No.7770 of 2015 (02) dt.26-02-2015 2/2 It is submitted by l earned counsel for the petitioners that in the background of serious land dispute the accusation has been levelled. The accusation is omnibus and general and for the occurrence of 15.01.2014 the FIR was lodged on 16.01.2014.
A statement has been made in para 3 of the petitioners that except petitioner no. 1, who is accused in one other case, others have no criminal antecedent Considering the nature of accusation, let the above named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saharsa in connection with Bihra P.S. Case No. 10 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
