The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Korha P.S. Case No. 47 of 2014 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 392, 302 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 27 of the Arms Act.

The father of the informant was killed and his motorcycle was looted away. During the course of investigation one Manoj Mandal confessed his guilt and disclosed that the father of the informant was killed and his motorcycle was taken away by Md. Tahir, Md. Rahim, Md. Riyasat and Md. Sabil. It is submitted that Manoj Mandal did not disclose the name of the petitioner. But it appears that during the course of investigation, the looted motorcycle was recovered from the house

Considering the facts aforesaid and the fact that the looted motorcycle of the deceased was recovered from the house of the petitioner, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner above named on anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected. (Prabhat Kumar Jha, J.) KKSINHA/- U T
